Below you will find a little bit more information about our Sunday meetings. We hope that they give a small flavour of what we do on a Sunday. For a fuller flavour of what it is like to worship with Baptists Together in Surbiton then please do not hesitate to join us on Sunday. We hope to provide you a warm welcome and an environment that you feel comfortable and safe within.Sunday Morning
We meet together at our Oaklands site at 10.30.Our morning service will vary in style week by week as we explore different ways of worshiping God as a community.
Communion is taken on the third Sunday of each month.
On the first Sunday of each month we have an all-age service, here we hope to engage everyone in a service together. The service will feel much more informal and include learning through experience; so lots of dramas, activities and short talks are guaranteed!
On the second Sunday of each month we meet for an interactive, family-friendly prayer meeting from 9.00-10.00.
Sunday Afternoon
In the afternoon we meet at our Balaclava Road site at 15.30.At the start of 2010 we launched a new service led by Adam (our minister) and Jacky (member of the church and Surbiton YMCA Chaplain).
The service is very informal and open to everyone. Each week is different and gives people an opportunity to ask questions and share together. We’ll be exploring how we can use music, art, dance and other things to deepen our relationship with God and express our faith.
So if you want to explore the Bible, prayer and mission in an informal setting then this is the place for you.
Each afternoon includes refreshments throughout and a meal at the end.
Sunday Evening
On the first Sunday of each month we meet at our Balaclava Road site at 18.30 for a celebration and communion service.asdfasdf
